Design
We undertake Lift & Escalator design projects from specification, tender, project management to final commissioning and handover. We can undertake the "Principle Designer" role as part of the CDM Regulations.
Maintenance
We provide full management for Lifts & Escalators. Services include; tailored maintenance contracts, tendering, asset management and assist in the day-to-day maintenance management. We can undertake the "Authorising Engineer" role for the Department of Health.
Survey
We undertake Lift & Escalator surveys including; condition, acquisition, dilapidation and feasibility. We can act as an expert witness on Lift & Escalator legal matters.
